Method 1: Using Net Banking
If you have a Net Banking account with Kotak Mahindra Bank, you can download your bank statement online using the following steps: Step 1: Log in to your Net Banking account

Once you are logged in, you will see a dashboard with various options. Click on the "Banking" tab and then select the "Accounts" option. You will see a list of all your accounts with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Choose the account for which you want to download the statement and click on it.
Step 3: Choose the period and format of the statement
After selecting the account, you will see a summary of your account details and transactions. Click on the "Statement" option on the left side menu. You will see a page where you can choose the period and format of your statement. You can select a predefined period such as last 6 months, last 3 months, last 1 month, or last 15 days. Step 1: Download and install the Kotak Mobile Banking app
To download and install the Kotak Mobile Banking app, visit the to download the app. Once you have downloaded the app, install it on your device and open it.
Step 2: Log in to your Mobile Banking account using your CRN or MPIN
To log in to your Mobile Banking account, enter your CRN (Customer Relationship Number) or username and MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number) and click on "Login". You can also use your registered mobile number and OTP (One Time Password) to log in.

If you do not have a Net Banking or Mobile Banking account with Kotak Mahindra Bank, you can still download your bank statement online using the Customer Contact Centre. Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Call the Customer Contact Centre on 18602662666 (local call rates apply) between 09:00 am to 07:00 pm from Mon to Sat excluding holidays
To call the Customer Contact Centre, dial 18602662666 from your registered mobile number or any other phone. You will hear a recorded message that will guide you through the options. Press the appropriate keys to select the language, product, and service that you want. You will be connected to a customer care executive who will assist you with your query.
Step 2: Provide your CRN and loan account number to the customer care executive
Once you are connected to a customer care executive, you will have to provide your CRN (Customer Relationship Number) and loan account number to verify your identity and account details. You can find your CRN and loan account number on your loan agreement, loan statement, or cheque book.
Step 3: Place a request for your statement of account and pay a charge of Rs.250 + GST online or offline
After verifying your details, you can place a request for your statement of account with the customer care executive. You will have to pay a charge of Rs.250 + GST for this service. You can pay this charge online using yo
